ATC Owners 2019 Rally Schedule

Rally check-in begins at Noon June 6. Upon arrival visit ATCO Central for Rally Information. ATCO Central is located at Spaces K10-11. For questions before and during the rally, call or text Sash Johnson at 951.660.7192 or email Sash@ATCOwners.com.

Do not contact Old Barn Resort regarding your RV space or reservation. All reservations are made through ATC Owners. If you need an extra night, please contact Sash first.

Thursday – June 6
Noon – 5:00 pm:
Check in ATCO Central for Rally Registration, Schedule of Events, Goodie Bags and Rally shirts.

7:30 pm – 10:00 pm:
Gather at ACTO Central for Members Drinks and Dinner. Happy Hour will be hosted by Brown Motorcars and a Taco Bar will be hosted by ATCO. Bring a side dish to share. Campfire begins at dusk.

Friday – June 7
10:00 am – 2:00 pm:
Tech Time hosted by Toppers and Trailers Plus. Techs providing workshops and one-on-one evaluations.

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm:
Open House – Participating trailers will be open for visitors and judging for the following categories:
Favorite DIY Mod
Favorite Outdoor Décor
Favorite Kitchen / Bath
Favorite Bedroom Décor

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
The BoonDoctor Evaluations – Appointments must be made in advance by emailing Boondoctor101@gmail.com.

7:30 pm – 10:00 pm:Campfire Dish and Chili Cook Off Competitions – Bring your Ballots and your appetite to decide the Favorite Campfire Dish and Favorite Chili. These are two different categories, so enter in one competition or the other. (Campfire will be lit at 5:00 pm for participants to begin cooking.)

Saturday
9:00 am – 12:30 pm
Scavenger Hunt – Grab your game sheet and start hunting. See Barb at Space K1 to get started.

9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Visit the local area. Suggestions on the last page of the schedule. Be sure to turn in your ballots before you leave to Scott and Dajah at Space M14.

9:00 am – Noon:
The BoonDoctor Evaluations – Appointments must be made in advance by emailing Boondoctor101@gmail.com.

11 am – Noon:
Turn in your ballots to Scott and Dajah at Space M14.

3:00 pm – 7:00 pm:
Member Awards Dinner and Raffle at ATCO Central, followed by the Cornhole Championships hosted by Brown Motorcars. Campfire starting at dusk.

Sunday
Load ’em up and move ’em out. Check out is at Noon.
